Immunization program goal is to reduce mortality and morbidity caused by diseases - diseases that can be prevented by immunization (PD3I). So to achieve this has been a lot of things done by the government through policies, strategies and activities through the funding of domestic and foreign aid (MOH, 2007, p.1).
According to the MOH (2001) The goal of immunization is to prevent illness and death of infants and children - children that is caused by epidemics that often arise. The Indonesian government strongly encourages the implementation of immunization programs as a way to reduce morbidity and mortality in infants, toddlers / children - pre-school children.
